Aerofit Competition.

Introducing AeroFit into our international competition structure.

AeroFit is a super fun, instructor-led aerobics individual participation section. This is similar to an aerobics class, where multiple participants will be on stage. Your child
will be judged on their ability to follow instruction, execute basic aerobic choreography, and perform enthusiastically for around 10-15 minutes. They willcompete on stage as an individual but will not be required to perform on their own at
any point during the section.

Athletes will not need to purchase any additional costume items; they can wear any active wear they choose. There is no choreography or music required, and no preparation necessary, they will be judged purely on how well they execute and follow instructions on the day.

• AeroFit Challenge open to all competing and not competing humans (athletes, parents, coaches, spectators)
• 3 Global judges will judge what they see and how well they execute and follow the instructor’s instructions.
• Competitors compete for top 3 spots in 2 age categories under 15 and over 15 inthe sections Step & Fitness Aerobics.
